Ilana Arrobas, senior placement agent at Loving Care Family Services, has been placing nannies and caregivers since 2007. Ilana is a mother to five beautiful children and knows how important it is to find the right fit for your family. Ilana studied Early Childhood Education at George Brown College and was a teacher for 8 years working with children with special education needs. Prior to establishing Loving Care, Ilana specialized in placing nannies and caregivers, helping families for short term and on-call help.
